ROCK HILL, SC (WBTV) -

A road in Rock Hill was closed for some time Wednesday after a truck hit a utility pole and brought down power lines.

The single-vehicle crash happened on Porter Road near Fire Tower Road, just south of E. Main Street. Police said Porter Road was closed in the area and officers were diverting traffic around the scene.

The Rock Hill Police Department tweeted about the wreck just before 4 p.m.

No one was injured in the wreck.  Crews were on scene fixing the power lines.

Police have not said what may have led to the crash or when the road is expected to reopen.
