Silver Alert canceled for endangered woman in Charlotte

CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) -

A missing Charlotte woman has been found.

A Silver Alert was issued Tuesday for 20-year-old Jasmine Heath, believed to be suffering from cognitive issues.

Heath was last seen leaving her home in the 4500 block of Hubbard Falls Drive, near W. Sugar Creek Road in north Charlotte, around 5 p.m. Sunday.

Police said Heath had been diagnosed as having a diminished mental capacity and requires supervision. Family members were "extremely concerned." 

Wednesday morning, police said Heath had been found unharmed in Charlotte and her family had been notified.
