Pan Seared Lemon Chicken

Lightly dust raw chicken breast in flour and put into hot lightly oiled pan.

Cook 2 minutes on both sides

Add to pan white wine, lemon slices, salt& pepper

put into a preheated 350 degree oven

and cook for 5-7 mins.

Put pan back on burner and add 1tbl butter – when melted add in spinach (if it need more wine add with the butter)

On plate put down your mashed potatoes, lay chicken on top, plate the spinach and pour sauce over the plate.
