SALISBURY, NC (WBTV) -

Storms popped up on Wednesday afternoon in parts of Rowan County, resulting in some damage.

Quick moving storms rolled through the area at around 6:00 pm.

Residents on Spring Meadow Drive near Woodleaf reported damage, including the roof blown off of a double-wide mobile home.

"All I could see was the red roof bouncing across the yard and I was trying to close the door but the wind was blowing in on me and I actually fell backwards," said Lori Kepley.  "It was crazy, it was absolutely crazy."

There are also a number of trees down in the area.  No injuries were reported.
