No injuries after vacant warehouse fire in uptown Charlotte

CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) -

A large vacant commercial building on West 9th Street caught fire early Sunday morning.

Firefighters say the fire started just before 5 a.m. and was controlled within 30 minutes. 

According to the Charlotte Fire Department, 50 firefighters responded to the fire.

There is no word on what caused the fire. 

No injuries were reported.
