Sunny Egg

1 each             Egg

½ cup               Steamed Jasmine rice

1 tsp                Fish sauce (may change to salt or soy sauce)

1 tbsp              Cooking oil

You may also add your choice of vegetables and meats such as onion, mushroom, tomato, ham, sausage, etc.(up to your own creativity).


  1. Beat egg in medium bowl
  2. Combine steamed Jasmine rice and fish sauce then mix well
  3. Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat
  4. Pour in egg mixture
  5. Once it’s golden brown on one side, flip and cook on the other side
  6. Remove from the pan and eat immediately. Serve with condiments such as ketchup, sriracha, hot sauce, etc.
