  • 5 CUPS GRANULATED SUGAR
  • ¼ BUNCH FRESH THYME
  • ¼ CUP BLACK PEPPERCORNS
  • 1 POUND GARLIC CLOVES
  • 12 BAYLEAVES
  • 1 GALLON WHITE ONIONS JULIENNED
  • 4 GALLONS WATER

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

  • COMBINE INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL UNTIL THOROUGHLY COMBINED
  • RESERVE FOR LATER USE
