Adjusting to the time change

It's no surprise that the time change can take a heavy toll on the human sleep cycle. We gained an extra hour Sunday morning at 2 a m  as Daylight Saving Time ended.

To ensure a smooth transition this year, Dr. Sujay Kansagra, Duke University's Director Pediatric Neurology Sleep Medicine Program and Mattress Firm's Sleep Health Expert, shared several tips to help alleviate stress that can often accompany changes to our sleep routine.
