Once people get past the, shall we say, sticker shock of the "foods to avoid" list – they soon realize there's actually a lot more to eat than you think.
You should never go without eating! Part of this whole process is changing your mindset when it comes to eating clean. You can still eat GOOD with this lifestyle! Don't believe me?

It's also key to have healthy snacks on hand – so if you do get those hunger pangs, you have options that won't derail you.
Bottom line – you should feel satisfied when following this lifestyle. I typically eat every few hours so my metabolism is constantly humming and I don't feel deprived. Some fruit, nuts and a cheese stick always hits the sweet spot when I'm crunched for time. And when it's time for your meal, EAT. Just be sure you got plenty of veggies and lean protein on your plate!
