Fasted Cardio is just a fancy term for working out before you eat. In fact, I didn't even know that was a thing until well after I started doing it!

This is something to try – particularly if you work out in the mornings. Expert say burning calories on an empty stomach is a great way to ignite your metabolism and start burning fat!

Most days of the week – this is how I start my days. I work out FIRST and then eat. And even if I feel a hunger pang or two, I slug some water and keep it moving. Most of the time, I'm not actually hungry but thirsty (#day10's tip!)

First thing in the morning – I down two 8oz glasses of water with a squeeze of lemon and head out to the gym or for a walk/run.

Just try it – you may see a difference that week on the scale (assuming you're towing the line with your eating, of course.)
