CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) - Can you believe?? We are halfway through round two of our #30daychallenge! By now - you should be feeling really good! You will have definitely noticed an increase in energy and feeling "lighter" if you will.

Hopefully, you've noticed a difference on the scale and perhaps your clothes are fitting a little looser, too.

You should also have realized that this isn't as hard or impossible as you may have thought it was in the beginning! It's all about getting you MIND on board, folks.

Now that you have a solid two weeks on #teamNOSugar under your belt, it should be getting easier to say no = even when you're tempted by treats at work or home. Hopefully your inner circle is rooting for you, too.
