#30Tipsin30Days - Day 8: Staring your week off right!

Mondays can be tough.. but I've found the best way to kick start my week is to get in some exercise and a good breakfast. That's why I dragged my butt outta bed for a 7 a.m. boot camp with my trainer.

Trust me - it was like pulling teeth, but that's when I try to focus on how I will feel AFTER my workout. So, whether it's hitting the gym, going for a brisk walk or just doing a couple rounds of jumping jacks, squats and push-ups - do SOMETHING to jump-start your heart and your day. Plus, I've found working out makes it easier to eat right.

Oh, and if you didn't start off on the right foot today - there's still time. Eat a balanced dinner and go for walk. Remember - a misstep or slip up doesn't mean you GIVE up. Get right back at it!
