#30Tipsin30Days, Day 5: Nutrition is KEY!

You can't out exercise a bad diet. Nutrition is the real game-changer! And that's #Day5 of #30tipsin30days. 

70% of getting good results on #TeamNOSugar is the nutrition. In fact, you can just eat clean - with NO exercise and still see significant changes. Seriously! That's what I tell people who say they can't work out the way I do or have health concerns that keep them from exercising. 

Don't get me wrong, working out definitely turbo charges your results BUT you can still see great results without. I've heard from folks who lose 10-12lbs JUST by following the guidelines to the letter! Think about it - you're not drinking your calories or eating empty calories (hello junk food and sweets!) and you're getting full off lean protein and fruits and veggies.

So, when in doubt - focus on NUTRITION. Eat clean, drink as much water as you can - aim for at least 8 glasses a day and you will see results!
