#30tipsin30days - Day 3: Try new things. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over - but expecting a different result. Be willing to try something new!

This is especially true with your nutrition -both with foods you previously said no to AND saying no to some of your faves! It's just 30 days - it CAN be done.

Before #TeamNOSugar - there were SO many things I didn't eat - foods I'd never even tried before!

Spaghetti squash, asparagus, Brussel sprouts and cauliflower crust pizza are the ones that come to mind first. But once I learned how to prepare them in a tasty - yet healthy - way (hello, spices!) they were all total game changers!!

Roast those Brussel sprouts and asparagus after drizzling them with olive oil and seasoning with Mrs. Dash, paprika and rosemary.

OMG - it's a party in my mouth!

By the same token - give your body a break from the sugar, the junk, sodas and fried foods.

Your tastebuds WILL adjust. You’d be surprised at just how quickly that happens.

Try something NEW.

Your tastebuds just might surprise you.
