CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) - Hurricane Matthew is out and high pressure is in. That will make for a nice few days around the WBTV viewing area.
Sunshine, along with just a few high clouds, will dominate the forecast today will afternoon temperatures running a tad cool, with most neighborhoods rebounding to near 70°.
We'll see clear skies again tonight so evening readings will fall quickly. Overnight lows will fall back into the chilly 40s, so a jacket won't a bad idea to start your day.
Wednesday and Thursday will feature more sun as highs increase to the mid 70s and then the upper 70s before a cold front moves through late on Thursday. We likely won't see any rain from the front but temperatures will fall back a bit for Friday, when highs will be back in the low 70s and that trend likely holds for the weekend as well.
