CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) - Round TWO of #TeamNOSugar started today. 30 days – no processed or added sugars.
I'm trying something new this time around. I want to give you one tip every day that's helped me along the way. That's 30 tips in 30days.
Today's tip: Being PREPARED. It's such a big part of success on #TeamNOSugar.
Especially when it comes to your food. I hit the grocery store twice (last night & this morning) to make sure I was ready! Have your meals prepared - or at least planned out. This REALLY helps. Particularly when you're hungry.
Here's a breakdown of the my lunch and dinner you see in the photo.
Lunch: salad with chopped pecans, 1tbsp of feta cheese and Champagne vinaigrette (Marzettis); maybe 3oz of smoked turkey sausage (Hillshire Farms). Dinner: Swai (fish) fillets I baked in the oven last night (cooked a 2 lb bag); a big helping of roasted broccoli (also cooked last night); blackberries to curb sweet cravings. And not pictured – but I have some (Celestial Seasonings) blueberry tea w/ a packet of Stevia and an apple in case I get hungry later.
This CAN be done, folks. Just be ready.
