The beginning of football season for our NFL players is in full swing. Nothing goes better with pigskins than pigskins. Chef Sandra, The South Charlotte Chef, stopped by WBTV News Sunday Morning to share a pork rind recipe touted as the ultimate snack for football season.

She also talked about the  Gridiron Greats Assistance Fund and Southern Recipe.
