(WBTV) - In the last September edition of Food Truck Friday in 2016, McDermott's Irish Pub rolled into the WBTV parking lot to serve up one of their specialties, the Beef O'Flaherty.
The sandwich highlights McDermott's homemade blue cheese sauce served atop Black Angus Roast Beef on a Kaiser Roll.
McDermott's Blue Cheese Sauce (Makes enough for one sandwich)
- 1/4 cup of crumbly blue cheese

How the Beef O'Flaherty was made:
- Slow roast Black Angus Roast Beef for 12 hours at 250 degrees.
- Once cooled, thinly slice several pieces and submerge in Beef Au Jus three to five minutes and heat on grill for texture.
- Layer on a fresh Kaiser Roll and top with blue cheese dressing.
