Missing NC toddler found

ROCKY MOUNT, NC (WBTV) -

A two-year-old Rocky Mount girl, believed to be abducted, was found safe Tuesday morning, the North Carolina Department of Public Safety said. 

The Amber Alert for Nevaeh Richardson was canceled just before 11:30 a.m. 

 The toddler was reportedly taken by someone in a 2004 green Mitsubishi Endeavor.. Police described the abductor as a black man with a bald head who was last seen wearing a white T-shirt.

Richardson's mother said she and the toddler were at a friend's house on Nashville Road when a man stole her SUV with Richardson inside, WNCN reports.
