Protests Continue; One Person Shot

A State of Emergency declared in Charlotte.  More violence and protests in uptown.  We have LIVE TEAM COVERAGE of the protests in the wake of the shooting of Keith Lamont Scott by a Charlotte Mecklenburg Police officer.  Protesters spilled into the area around the Epicentre in uptown Charlotte…one person was shot and critically wounded in uptown.  Protesters caused extensive damage…there was looting as well.
