Tuna Poke

Ingredients

1 pound ??Fresh tuna, cut into ½ inch chunks

¼ cup ???Soy sauce

½ tablespoon?? Sambal (or more as desire)

1 teaspoon ??Sesame oil

¼ teaspoon??Sugar

2 each???Green onions/scallions, sliced thinly on the bias

1 clove ??Garlic, minced

1 teaspoon ??Ginger, grated 

¼ each???White onion

1 teaspoon ??Toasted white sesame 

As needed ??Rice (steamed) 

Method of Production:

1. Combine soy sauce, sambal, sesame oil, scallion, garlic, ginger, sugar and onions in a medium bowl. 

2. Toss in the tuna and let sit in the fridge for 30 minutes. 

3. Sprinkle sesame seeds on the tuna. Plate as desired and garnish with the scallion greens.

4. Serve with rice.
