CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) - We've made it through a hot July! There were only two days the whole month that didn't hit 90. As we move into August, it looks like the heat isn't going to give up easily.
And it doesn't look like we'll break our string of 90's anytime soon. Highs Monday are forecast to be in the lower 90's. In terms of thunderstorms... it's about a 50/50 shot here across the Charlotte area.
Very Typical summertime pattern... with chances for afternoon thunderstorms over the next several days.
