• 1 Pound Raw Salmon • Olive Oil TT • Salt and Pepper TT • Romaine Lettuce • Feta Cheese • Roasted Red Pepper for Garnish
Preparation 1. Preheat Grill 2. Season salmon with olive oil, salt & pepper. Cut and wash lettuce. Pat dry lettuce leaves. 3. Cook salmon for 5 minutes on both sides. Place romaine leaves on grill until char. Until salmon flakes with a fork. 4. Let cool and serve with your favorite side dish.
