Cocktail Monday: Tequila Penicillin

Presented by Genevieve Bourgeois, Sullivan's Steakhouse

2oz blanco tequila

3/4 oz ginger agave syrup

1 lemon juice

1/4 of mezcal

1 lemon twist and candied ginger

In a shaker, put tequila ginger agave syrup and lemon juice in. Shake and strain on a rocks glass over ice.

Float 1/4 oz of mezcal on top, garnish with a lemon twist with candied ginger

Ginger agave syrup, juice ginger and add equal parts of agave, shake and store in the refrigerator.
