Blackberry Chops

4 Pork Chops
Salt & Pepper
2 teaspoons paprika
¼ cup olive oil
¼ teaspoon rosemary, or sage

Blackberry Sauce
2 cups blackberries
1 Tablespoon fresh ginger,  grated
1 jalapeño,  chopped
3 Tablespoons honey
1 Tablespoon  balsamic vinegar
½ lemon, juiced
Salt & pepper

1.    Place all the Sauce ingredients in a medium pot
2.    Heat to a boil,  reduce to simmer for 10 minutes
3.    In a small bowl,  whisk oil, herbs & paprika
4.    Salt & pepper  each chop, brush with the oil mixture
5.    Grill chops or broil them
6.    Place cooked chops on platter
7.    Spoon warm Blackberry Sauce over the chops.
