ROCK HILL, SC (WBTV) - A set of Rock Hill parents is facing charges after investigators say their child tested positive for drugs.
According to a report with Rock Hill Police, an investigation began in mid-May but reportedly took place earlier in the month.
Police were informed by the Department of Social Services that the son of Elaine Hargett and Robert Jackson, both 23, had drugs in his system. The report redacted information about the child including name and age, only listing him as a juvenile.
Jackson and Hargett were both arrested Friday when warrants for unlawful conduct toward a child were issued.
