Cajun Crab Cakes

Presented by Chef Daniels, Street Spice Food Truck

Yield 16 (3oz crab cakes)

1 cup mayo
1/2 cup dijon mustard
1/4 cup honey 
1 egg 
1 T spoon Old Bay seasoning 
1 T paprika
1 t Salt and pepper 
1 lb crab meat
1 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup chopped parsley

Combine first seven ingredients in a medium bowl, gently fold in your crab meat, breadcrumbs, and parsley until desired consistency.

Heat skillet to medium heat and add enough oil to coat the bottom of the pan. Sear crab cakes for 1-2 min per side.  Top with Street Spice's Signature Cajun Remoulade Sauce and enjoy!
