WBTV News got hit with pixie-dust today in honor of Carter Bucciero

Sarah Bucciero surprised WBTV News this morning by giving us what she calls a "pixie dust" gift in memory of her son. Carter died of cancer in 2012. He would be 7 years old today.

In his honor, she gives "pixie dust" to unsuspecting souls. Each gift is accompanied by a card that says the gift is in memory of Carter.

Out of nowhere today, on Carter's birthday, she not only dropped off Bojangles' to our staff and tons of pretzel M&M's for my jar... but also surprised a police station and Carter's former teachers. Among others. She's "pixie-dusting" nice gestures in lots of places.

Sarah is active with St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and appreciates our partnership with them (WBTV's Christine Nelson Sperow does tons), and follows this page and all of our ?#‎MollysKids with her full heart.

Pixie dust. What a grand idea.

Thank you, Sarah, for continuing to share your son's spirit in such a thoughtful and unique way.

**Editor’s note: This is about one of #MollysKids, children WBTV Anchor Molly Grantham follows closely on her Facebook page. It was first published there – which is why it’s written in a personal way. For years Molly has followed hundreds of kids with uphill medical battles.
