Drinking Chocolate (Hot Chocolate)
Dark Chocolate 4 ounce
Heavy Cream 7 ounce
Corn Syrup 1/16 ounce
1. Gather all ingredients and equipment
2. Put chocolate in bowl
3. Place heavy cream and corn syrup in sauce pan
4. Bring to a soft boil
5. Pour over chocolate in bowl and stir until incorporated
