Mango BBQ Chicken with Coleslaw

1/2# cooked chicken breast (diced or pulled)
1/4 c onions finely chopped
Half stick of butter

Sauce:
1 mango processed
1/2c tomatoe sauce
1/2c bbq sauce
1tsp garlic powder
1tsp honey
1/4c chicken stock

Cook onions in butter until light brown
Add chicken breast and cook for 2 minutes
Add sauce ingredients and cook on medium low heat for 10 minutes.

Coleslaw recipe

3 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup shredded carrot
1 cup shredded red cabbage
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar or lemon juice
1 teaspoon onion salt
Black pepper
Rice wine vinegar or lemon juice

Direction:
1. Cut the cabbage, salt it to soften – wash and drain.
2. In a large bowl, combine cabbage and carrots. In a smaller bowl, make dressing by combining mayonnaise, vinegar, onion salt and pepper. Toss dressing into cabbage mixture and let chill. Serve in a family style bowl.
