CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) - We ended up hitting the upper 70s for highs on Monday, and while today won't be quite as mild, it will be closer to average for late March both for the morning and afternoon temps.
Under a clear sky this morning, we'll dip into the low-mid 40s before rebounding to the upper 60s for highs this afternoon. It stays dry with little to no cloud-cover.
A large, dry area of high pressure stays settled over the Carolinas through tomorrow, meaning Wednesday also looks quite nice with plenty of sun and highs in the upper 60s to low 70s.
Another strong cool front looks to move in by late week, returning the chance for rain and storms for Thursday and Friday. It will turn more humid, and some spots could pick up over an inch of rain over the 2-day period.
Fortunately, it looks like that rain moves out in time for the weekend, leaving us with a dry and seasonable first weekend of April.
Hope you have a great day!
