CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) - When you're struggling to eat right, get your workouts in – it can be tough to stay on track.
But you absolutely CAN change your life, folks. Period!
It's all about being ready and willing to put in the work.
I look at my latest transformation photo - me on the left vs. me on the right - taken this morning- and I see (aside from the obvious) a gal who refused to quit.
That's a HUGE part of what's gotten me to this point. Hard work, determination and willingness to get back at it whenever I slack off or backslide.
Are there times I don't want to work out?
Times I'm literally standing in the dessert section of HT staring at delicious piece of red velvet cake that's screaming "buy me! Buy me!"?
That's when I remember my WHY.
Why I started this journey in the first place.
To be healthy and strong; to add years to my life, instead of eating them away; and let's be honest - to look good,too!
So - I talk myself out of the cake and walk away. I talk myself into working out (sometimes I even sleep in my gym clothes).
Whatever it takes. The one thing I won't do - is quit. I've come too far for that. Made too many changes.
Today is #day45 - we're halfway through Round 3 of #TeamNoSugar!! (we are doing back-to-back challenges this time around)
