National Pack Your Lunch Day coming up March 10

This morning, we're getting you ready for National Pack Your Lunch Day coming up on March 10, 2016. It's a healthy practice you can take on year-round.

Raita
Ingredients
1 cup plain yogurt
3 cucumbers, seeded and chopped
1 tomato, seeded and chopped
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste


Directions
In a salad bowl, whisk together the yogurt, cumin and paprika. Add chopped cucumbers and tomatoes; toss and chill before serving. Serve with Naan.

    Briggs, the dog York County police found with his tongue cut off and tied to a tree, passed away Tuesday night.  Noah's Arks Rescue posted an update on Briggs stating he had become septic and was unable to keep down any food or water from the previous day.

The cancer she has is so rare that only about 2,000 people are diagnosed in the United States each year, yet doctors WBTV spoke with Tuesday say there is a concentrated number of cases showing up in this area.
