2 ounces of Gin (FEW gin preferred)
1 ounce of cucumber juice
1/2 an ounce of jalapeño simple syrup
3/4 ounce of fresh lime juice
Simply combined all of your ingredients in a shaker, then shake 15 to 20 times then strain into a martini glass and garnish with either a lime wheel or jalapeño wheel.
Jalapeño simple syrup:
In a small sauce pan, slice up three jalapeños, add 3/4 of a cup of water bring to a boil and let it simmer. Then add 3/4 of a cup of sugar, stir, remove from heat. Let this come down to room temperature, strain out all of the jalapeños and seeds, then chill.
