Salsarita's: Super Loaded Nachos

Recipe: Super Loaded Nachos

From the Kitchen of: Salsarita’s Fresh Cantina

Ingredients:

1 Full plate of tortilla chips

1 ¼ c. grilled chicken

½ c. creamy queso

¼ c. Pico de Gallo

¼ c. diced tomatoes

2 tbsp. chopped red onions

¼ c. fresh sliced jalapenos

¼ c. shredded cheese

1 dollop of sour cream

1 dollop of guacamole

Directions:

1.      Add chicken evenly onto the chips (use half the chicken for regular nachos).

2.      Pour queso all over the nachos

3.      Sprinkle Prico, tomatoes, onions, jalapenos, and cheese evenly.

4.      Add dollop of sour cream & guac.

5.      Enjoy! (Hint: pairs nicely with football)
