Emergency crews responded to a China Grove home after it was struck by a mail truck during an wreck.
The accident happened just after 4:30 p.m. at the intersection of Patterson and South Myrtle Street. Police said a U.S. mail truck pulled out in front of a small Ford pickup truck at the stop sign.
The pickup truck, traveling on Patterson St., then struck the mail truck.
The mail truck then spun around, went downhill into a yard and struck a nearby house.
Neither driver was injured during the incident.
Officers said no one was in the home at the time of the crash, but that the house was damaged. They have not released the extent of that damage.
There is no word if any charges are being filed.
