Panthers having fun

Hi everyone, this is Paul Cameron at my desk in the WBTV Newsroom.

Dive teams are searching a local pond tonight for a 4-year old boy who disappeared earlier.  We’ve stationed a reporter on the scene and will alert you to any developments.

Media night at the Super Bowl has members of the Panthers doing what they’ve done all year—  ignoring any pressure, enjoying themselves and having fun.  Ted Ginn, Jr. and Josh Norman both showed up wearing wrestling luchador masks with Carolina Panthers logos prominently attached.  Of course the Panthers and Broncos also talked football as we’ll hear from Delano Little in Sports.

Also tonight, Molly Grantham talks with head coach Ron Rivera and wife Stephanie about coping with the pressures of guiding a team to the Super Bowl.  Team Rivera really opens up about how they deal with life as an ordinary couple who’ve attained the pinnacle of pro football.

A bit of an upset brewing in tonight’s Iowa caucuses—Bernie Sanders is giving Hillary Clinton a run on the Democratic side.  And Donald Trump is trailing Ted Cruz on the GOP side.  Nothing is final as this is being written.

And Charlotte native Steph Curry sounds off about his allegiance to the Carolina Panthers.

Please join Eric, Molly Grantham, Delano Little and me for WBTV News at 11:00!
