Panthers pride rally

Hi everyone, this is Paul Cameron at my desk in the WBTV Newsroom.

No official word yet, but it appears the Greg Hardy experiment in Dallas may be ending.  The Washington Post cites sources saying the Cowboys may let the former Panthers defensive end go after a disappointing season.  Word is, he may have partied himself out of a football job.

We’re beginning to get a picture of what happened to 45-year old Cynthia Boza who disappeared in early December.  Her body was found in woods near Concord.  Tonight, police made an arrest, charging a 23-year old man with her murder.

Lucky PSL owners, chosen from a weighted lottery, were at the Panthers ticket windows paying for their Super Bowl 50 tickets.  Those tickets are selling for ten times over face value on the ticket exchange web sites.

Tomorrow beginning at noon, the big Panthers Pride Pep Rally at Romare Bearden Park in Uptown.  If you’re going, go early to find the limited parking in the area around BB&T Ballpark.

The clever sign lady at Poplar Tent Presbyterian Church in Concord has a new one tonight-- "God has the world in his hands, sign lady wants M-V-P in Cam's!"

Please join Eric, Molly Grantham, Delano Little and me for WBTV News at 11:00!
