Three easy gourmet appetizers for your holiday gatherings

Baby Red Potatoes with Brie

½ pound baby red potatoes, steamed to fork tender

1/3 cup SplenDishes Sundried Tomato Basil

Brie cheese, cut into 1/2” cubes

SplenDishes House Blend


Using a knife, make a small slit in the top of each potato and squeeze open. Spoon SplenDishes Sundried Tomato Basil Sauce into opening, stuff with brie and sprinkle SplenDishes House Blend over tops and plate. Can be served at room temperature.

Tomato & Artichoke Olive Bruschetta

½ pound grape tomatoes, thinly sliced

2 Tbs SplenDishes Artichoke Olive Sauce

1 Tbs Italian parsley, chopped

Pinch, SplenDishes House Blend

Baguette, sliced and toasted


Mix together all ingredients until well combined and serve with toasted baguette.

Sausage & Apple Bites

2 Chicken Apple Sausages

1 Granny Smith Apple, cored and sliced

SplenDishes Horseradish Mustard

Fresh Sage



Brown sausages in a pan with a bit of vegetable oil. Remove from pan, let cool, then cut into 1/8” slices.

To plate: Top slices of apple with sausage, spoon a small amount of SplenDishes Horseradish Mustard onto sausage and place a small piece of sage. Secure with a toothpick and serve.

Can be served at room temperature.
