ROCK HILL, SC (WBTV) -

A Rock Hill man is facing 20 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor after investigators say they discovered he was trading child pornography.

According to the South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson, 43-year-old William Pace Clem was exchanging files containing child pornography via peer-to-peer file sharing.

The AG's office said Clem was arrested Friday and charged with 20 counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor second degree. The charges are a felony offense punishable by up to ten years imprisonment on each count.

Investigators say multiple pieces of electronic equipment were seized for forensic examination.

The case will be prosecuted by the Attorney General's Office.
