Investigators now believe the San Bernardino shooter Syed Farook may have been plotting an earlier attack in California with someone else. Quoting official sources, CNN reports the pair "got spooked" and decided not to go through with the earlier attack after a round of terror-related arrests in the area.
The day after Donald Trump’s controversial stand to ban all Muslims from entering the U.S., he has a bigger lead than ever in both Iowa and New Hampshire where the first two presidential primaries are held in January. USA Today polls shows 68-percent of Trump supporters would vote for him-- even if he leaves the G-O-P and runs as an independent.
If you’ve got to travel south on I-77 into South Carolina tomorrow, better find an alternate route. The hold they discovered on the bridge over the Catawba River won’t be completely repaired until tomorrow afternoon.
