Woman killed in east Charlotte shooting, plus the latest on the mass shooting San Bernardino

We're following the latest in the mass shooting in San Bernardino that left at least 14 people dead and another 17 people injured.

Investigators say after a high-speed chase and a long gunfight, the two mass-shooting suspects are dead. They were armed with assault rifles and handguns, and dressed in assault-style clothing. Police recovered AR-15-style long guns and a pipe bomb from the suspects' SUV. 

Authorities identified Syed Farook, 28, as one of the deceased suspects, and said he is U.S. born. They added that Farook had worked for the county for five years. The second shooter is believed to be Farook's wife.

And police in Charlotte are investigating after a woman was found shot to death in east Charlotte late Wednesday night.

According to police, the shooting happened just before 10:30 p.m. along the 4800-block of Shamrock Drive. Police are searching for potential witnesses to get more clues.

Plus...authorities in Mooresville are searching for two people in connection to a violent confrontation with a cleaning crew at a charter school in Mooresville.

It happened around 10:00 p.m. Wednesday night at Pine Lake Prep.

Police say a cleaning crew was working at the upper school when two people, a man and woman who used to work with the crew, walked in. At least one person was tasered and a shot was fired from a gun.
