Nettie Reeves is back on WBTV News Saturday Morning and this morning she shared this workout that any of us can do, even if we don't have a lot of spare time:

Don’t have a lot of time to workout? Then THIS one is for you! It’s called M100’s and can be done in a nick of time, anytime during the day.

You’ll get:

1. A high caloric burn

2. A metabolic boost

3. A con?dence builder

M100’s is a series of 3 exercises done in 3 1/2 sets equaling 100 times.

10 Burpess, 10 Mountain Climbers, 10 Squat Hops - 3 Sets End with 10 Burpees

WORK AGAINST THE CLOCK, each time working to beat the previous time.


40 years < 3 minutes

50 years > 4 minutes

60 years > 5 - 6 minutes
