3 oz. roasted turkey

3 oz. corn bread stuffing

Rolled Hosomaki style

sweet potato string wrap, flash fried


.5 oz. turkey gravy

1 oz. cranberry sauce

.25 oz. fried green beans

1 oz. turkey gravy on plate

Sesame seeds

  1. Lay out the stuffing on the soy paper evenly.
  2. In a line down the middle lay out the roasted turkey
  3. Starting at the bottom, roll the soy paper until it meets the other end
  4. Evenly wrap the sweet potato strings, starting at one end until the entire roll is covered.
  5. Deep fry at 350 degrees for 3 minutes, place on a paper towel to dry.
  6. Coat 2 green beans with tempura batter and fry for 1 minute
  7. Cut the roll into 9 individual even pieces.
  8. Using a spoon place a small amount of cranberry sauce on each piece
  9. Cut the tempura fried green beans at an angle into 9 pieces
  10. Place one piece of green bean on top of each cranberry sauce
  11. Place turkey gravy evenly in a line on the plate approximately the same size as the roll.
  12. Transfer the roll onto the gravy.
  13. Garnish with sesame seeds
