Maple Glaze

Butter 4 Tablespoons
Maple Syrup 3 Tablespoons
Heavy Cream 3 Tablespoons
Powdered Sugar   1/2 cup

In small sauce pan combine the butter, maple syrup, and heavy cream bring to a boil
Continue to boil for 1 minute, remove from heat
Pour in a mixing bowl with paddle
Sift the powdered sugar in to the mixture.
Whisk until smooth, let cool for about 15-20 minutes until slightly thickened

You use recipe as a glaze on cronuts, croissants, donuts, muffins, cakes or other baked goodies!
