Recipe: Flipping Flap Jacks from the Famous Toastery

Healthy Fall Breakfast Idea: "Flipping Flap Jacks"

Wet Ingredients
 
1 Qt. Whole Milk
9 Eggs
1 Cup Pumpkin Puree
2 Tbsp Molasses
 
Procedure:
 
1. Using a medium sized mixing bowl, combine all ingredients with a whisk until blended.
2. Set aside.
 
Dry Ingredients
 
4 Cups All Purpose Flour
4 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
1 Cup Brown Sugar, packed
1/2 Cup Baking Powder
1 Tbsp Nutmeg
1 Tbsp Cinnamon
1 Tbsp Ground Cloves
1 Tbsp of Allspice
2 Tbsp of Ginger
1/4 Tsp of Salt
 
1 Cup Melted Butter
 
Procedure:
 
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, except for Melted Butter.
2. Pour Wet Ingredients into Dry Ingredients and mix.
3. Incorporate Melted Butter into the Mixture.
4. In a skillet over medium heat, add Batter to desired size.
5. After bubbles form an pop, flip Pancake.
6. Cook Pancake until center is set.
