How did the Virginia shooter keep getting new jobs?

So many lingering questions following the killing of two young journalists on live television.  We'll have the latest from Roanoke, Virginia starting on WBTV News First at 4.  We're also taking a closer look at one specific issue regarding the tragedy. How did a man with a seemingly troubled work history keep getting jobs? There is only so much a previous employer can say about any of us.
