Will CMPD Officer Kerrick face a new trial?

Will there be another trial? A mistrial was declared on Friday after jurors could not reach a verdict in the case against CMPD Officer Randall Wesley Kerrick. He was accused of voluntary manslaughter in the 2013 shooting death of Jonathan Ferrell.  The jury,after deliberating over parts of three days said they were deadlocked on Friday.  Judge Robert Ervin declared a mistrial.
