Grilled Blackened Pork Chops

2 Pork Chops (thin cut)
Blacken Season 
White wine

Coat each chop on both sides with blacken season
heat heavy saucepan that is season till hot add chops
Sear turn and sear other side reduce heat add splash of wine
Do not overcook the chops

Blacken seasoning:
½ c Chili Power                       3 crush Bay Leaf
¼ c Crush red pepper               1 tsp cayenne pepper
¼ c Dry parley flake                    1 tsp salt
2 tbsp.  Granulate garlic
2 tbsp. Thyme
