Brazilian Steak Slider

Grilled, marinated flank steak w/ chimichurri sauce on a fresh slider bun topped with a fried sweet plantain.

Steak Marinade 

3 cups soy sauce
6 cloves garlic 
1/2 cup fresh ginger root
1 tbs crushed red pepper 
1 cup light brown sugar 
1 bunch cilantro 
1/2 cup olive oil

In a blender, add all ingredients except the olive oil. Blend for 30 seconds. While blender is still running drizzle in olive oil. Pour over raw flank steak and marinate at least 4 hours.  Grill steak and serve on toasted slider bun with Street Spice's Signature Chimichurri Sauce and top with a fried sweet plantain.
